Is the US Post Office creating database for law enforcment agencies to round us up with or spy on us???

Is the United State Post Office USPS spying on US??? From this card I bet they are creating a database that they can let law enforcement agencies look up the addresses of people they want to either arrest or question.

Oddly when I lived in Tucson in 1999 the US Post Office refused to deliver any mail to the house I rented. It was only when I complained that they started delivering my mail.

Geez!!! Is it too hard asking a mail man to deliver the mail it is addressed to.

Why does the post office make it twice the work and make the mailman verify that every letter delivered to and address is on a computer database of government approved people who live at that home who can receive mail?
